1. Booking & Payment

A non‑refundable booking fee of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before the day of your appointment.

Appointments without full payment by this time may be cancelled and offered to another client.

Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will always honour the price at the time of purchase.
2. Cancellation Policy
At Wildflowers Colour & Style, each appointment is prepared with care and reserved exclusively for you. To protect the time, energy and resources that go into every session, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will not incur additional charges, though booking fees remain non‑refundable.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of the full payment.
Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated as a cancellation and will require a new booking and payment.
Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your session may need to be cancelled without refund to avoid impacting the next client.
Illness & Emergencies

If you are unwell, please contact me as soon as possible. Genuine emergencies will always be approached with compassion, but accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
No‑Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full session fee being charged.
3. Health & Wellbeing

Please disclose any relevant skin conditions, allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

Wildflowers Colour & Style reserves the right to decline or adapt treatments if they are not suitable for your health or skin condition.

If you arrive unwell, the appointment may need to be rescheduled for the safety and comfort of all clients.
4. What to Expect During Your Appointment

For accuracy, please arrive with minimal or no makeup, including no fake tan.

Hair should be away from the face.

The draping process involves fabric placed around the shoulders and neckline; please wear a simple top without a high collar.

Your session is a calm, focused experience — phones should be silenced where possible.
5. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non‑refundable and must be used before the expiry date stated at purchase.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred without prior agreement.
6. Children & Additional Guests

Due to the nature of the session and the need for focus, appointments are for the booked client only unless agreed in advance.

Children cannot be accommodated during appointments.
7. Photography & Content

With your consent, photographs may be taken during your session for your personal reference.

8. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during their visit.

9. Refunds

Colour analysis is a personalised service; therefore, refunds cannot be offered once the appointment has taken place.
